For over 15 years I’ve supported women through deep personal transformation, helping them reconnect with their truth, voice, and inner power. My work blends grounded coaching, nervous system support, breathwork, and energetic practices to help women move through trauma, life transitions, and moments of profound change.
I work with women who are often high-functioning but quietly carrying too much. Together we create space to unravel what no longer fits, reclaim their authentic self, and step into a life that feels aligned, honest, and deeply alive.

This gorgeous place of Tracie's is amazing. So many workshops and different healing sessions available and many practitioners to suit all your needs. The shop has beautiful crystals, dream catchers, tarot/Oracle cards etc. Highly recommend diving deep. <3
